Privacy
We collect as little as possible. This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics profiling. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service; if you prefer, we can self-host the fonts so that no third-party request is made.
Data you send us
If you write to us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the contact details and the content of your message for the purpose of answering you and, if it leads to a purchase, of fulfilling the order and meeting our accounting obligations. We do not sell or rent contact data to anyone.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP address, the page requested, the time of the request and the browser identification string. These logs are used to operate and secure the service and are retained only as long as necessary.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and under the GDPR where it applies, you may ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to info@dr-import.ch and we will respond within thirty days.

The content of this website is provided for information. Product descriptions, cupping scores, auction results and availability reflect the information available to us at the time of publication and may change. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; binding terms are those stated in an individual written quotation.
Auction results and historical facts cited on this site are drawn from published reports by the Specialty Coffee Association of Panama and the coffee trade press. We correct errors promptly when they are pointed out.
