Green coffee and trade supply
For roasters, hotels, restaurants and retailers who need a Geisha programme that works commercially — not just one heroic bag for the shelf.
A Geisha listing does two jobs for a business. It sells, at a margin nothing else on the menu can match, and it signals what you are about to every customer who reads the list. Neither works if the supply is erratic, the story is vague or the coffee does not justify the price. That is the problem we solve.
What you get
- Samples first. Green samples of every lot we offer, so you cup before you commit. For roasted supply, a trial batch to your profile.
- A complete traceability file. Producer, farm, plot, altitude, variety, harvest date, process, moisture and water activity, defect count, cup score and grader. Ready to put on your own packaging.
- Allocation across the season. We can hold a portion of a lot for you and release it in tranches, so you are roasting fresh instead of storing a year's worth.
- Swiss and EU customs handled. Import documents, duties, VAT. One invoice.
- Photography and copy. Origin images and lot descriptions in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, for your webshop and menus.
- Staff training. A cupping session for your team so the people selling it can talk about it credibly.
Formats and volumes
| Format | Size | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Sample | 100–300 g | Cupping and roast development |
| Vacuum box | 5 kg or 10 kg | Micro-roasters, single-lot offers |
| GrainPro-lined bag | 20–30 kg | Regular roasting programmes |
| Full lot | By agreement | Exclusive listings and named partnerships |
Vacuum packing matters more for Geisha than for most coffees. Its aromatics are exactly what fades first in storage, and a lot that cupped at 92 on arrival can drift noticeably within months in a jute bag in a warm room. Storage is part of quality.
Who we work with
Speciality roasters
Single-lot Geisha for a flagship offer, with the traceability and the story your customers expect at that price.
Hotels and fine dining
A signature coffee for the end of a tasting menu, room service or a lobby bar, with training for the team serving it.
Coffee bars
A rotating premium filter offer that gives regulars a reason to trade up.
Delicatessen and retail
Presentable packaging and a product that sells itself on the shelf next to the fine chocolate and the olive oil.
Corporate gifting
Volume gift presentations with your own branding, in five languages.
Private clubs and cellars
Discreet sourcing of specific estates and competition lots on request.
Commercial terms
Prices are quoted per lot. A quotation includes the lot, the format, the quantity, delivery terms and the validity period — usually short, because green coffee moves. For regular partners we agree an annual framework in advance of harvest so that allocations are reserved before the good lots are sold to someone else.
